我也碰到类似情况，就是一个grade level然后让我填哦，前面填的是什么学校，后面又填拿的学位，你说是不是指成绩啊，拿我写3.X是不是行的呢？

It may mean what is your level in your class when you graduated, top 10%, top 20%, top 30%, and so on.
