MBA是一个人一辈子只能选择一次，所以一定要在自己最ready的时候去申请。因此求问论坛上的各位xdjm，以我现在的状态，是否申请2014fall比2013fall的结果会更好？多谢各位赐教～

Education: 国内Top 5 本科，Major in Marketing
WE: 某 Top F500 FMCG , 2010 Management Trainee — Trade Marketing, 2 years（till now）
GMAT本月考，Tofel: 100+(大学时考的，成绩已过期)

如果今年申请，总觉得WE弱了些，且G、T分数不过硬。
如果明年申请，将考虑在下半年transfer到brand marketing，这样明年申请时WE将丰富一些
本人年纪略轻，如今未满23岁，不知这在申请中是否会是一个劣势？

是否推迟一年申请是个重要而严肃的决定～还请各位前辈多给建议～

年轻有为，一把好牌。
刷分，写起essay来找感觉，过三四个月看刷分结果和Essay感觉再定。

Hey there, well given the average work experience at most

programs, you are probably better off waiting one more year. This

will give you the time to in all comfort take the GMAT, and TOEFL,

and if you don’t get the score you want, you have pleeeeenty of

time to retake until you do. So you are right! There’s no point

applying now with a slight disadvantage. Give yourself one more

year to work, try and take leadership at work, and start

volunteering if you don’t have any good solid volunteerwork until

now. And good luck on all!

注意申请是持久仗。每天睡4小时我就不读了....何苦...如果是赶deadline还差不多。
