我觉得光知道N是正整数是不够的啊，当N=1的时候3^x + 1 能被10整除，可是当N=2的时候，是不能被10整除的啊。。。。。。。

3*是3、9、27、81、243....可以看出尾数是3、9、7、1、3、9、7、1...四次

方巡回一次。

只有3*尾数为9的时候才能够满足（3*+1）被10整除。
