看过前人的帖子了。知道了A为什么对，但是没想通D为什么错。

D是无关选项。如果按照楼主的思路，那么D应该是先裁掉，有订单的时候在招回来一些人。因此先裁掉一些人是避免不了的。无法削弱题干。

我咋觉得应该选B啊。。。

A中看不出来这个公司会不会lay off workers啊，第三方劳务公司提供的劳力不代表就更容易被解雇，至少题目没有给出这样的信息。

倒是B，经常做Z模型的工人不能熟练的制造TX模型，至少说明公司为了接这个订单，反而要另外雇佣能做TX模型的工人。

要紧扣原文推理。原文是说 M 公司因为订单少而要裁员，而且新来的20架TX飞机的订单也没用，因为多了这20架TX，却少了20架更贵的Z。
A 说本来这 20 架 Z 就不是 M 公司的员工生产的，所以少了 20 架 Z 不会造成 M 公司的员工没活干。
如果按 B 说的造 Z 的员工不会熟练造 TX，那也可能公司干脆为了 TX 而换一批员工，那还是会裁员的。因此 B 是无关选项，不能影响原推理
