1>DeGroote has relationships with employer partners who hire interns and co-op students from the school. A wide variety of positions are available to co-op students, who can use their work term salaries to help pay for their MBA.
2>International applicants who have at least one year of full-time continuous professional, managerial or technical work experience may also apply for the co-op option. There are a limited number of spots available for international students.

V1: 这个面试时间好长啊，还分两段。一个是question and answer session, 一个是interview session. 并且需要了解behavioral-based interview的模式。开始会先让你问一些关于学校的问题。然后有三个职位给你选一个进行应聘，职位的说明都已经给出，只要你对应说出自己的相关经历就可以了。准备二十分钟，准备完了不是立即开始这个job interview.而是开始q&a，behavior based interview ，具体问题类型可以google.了解问题类型也对面试有帮助。
V2: 面试整整一个半小时，一次难得的面试经历，首先是问问题，我问了3个，然后是给你一个职位申请选择，模拟自己是coop mba的学生在求职，给20分钟时间准备，20分钟后再打开skype进行behavior based interview，等到最后才说之前准备的职位申请模拟，最后问了3个问题，michelle觉得我在实习方面讲的不透彻，又追加了问题，然后又说了好久）
Requirements: Minimum of one year of full-time continuous managerial, professional, or technical work experience. Undergraduate co-op or internship placements will also be considered if they are noted on your official transcripts or are confirmed in a letter from your school.
我在上文中曾提到，麦马就业不好主要因为学生本身的含金量不高，那我还想举这样一个案例。这位同学国内知名财经类院校，大学里读的就是会计专业，四大工作过两年，关键是人家CGA还差三门就全部过了。她也是找中介的，一心想申麦马的coop，结果没有申到，给了她full time offer，不知道她后来是否决定去了。我觉得这个案例很能说明问题。中国学生很多都打算往会计方向发展，本人也是四大的工作背景，那既然如此，找财会类工作到底看重什么呢？其实就两样：会计师证书、工作经验，与哪所学校毕业的、什么学历没有太大的关系。这一点，在中国，在加拿大，相信在很多国家都是一样的。那这位同学去读麦马full time我就感觉完全OK，说不定她两年后CGA全部考出来了，到时候出来找工作，纵然她是McMaster我是Schulich，我敢保证她能找到工作的概率要比我高得多。从这一点上，麦马几乎不会对她造成什么负面的影响，而约克的优势也相形见绌，所以关键在于你本身的实力。
Miscellaneous :
1>The challenges for Chinese students are 1. language, 2. Canadian work experience (not to mention lack of full-time experience since you are applying for co-op). Together with McMaster's less competitive brand (compared to Canadian big names like Ivey, Rotman, Schulich, Queens, McGill...), you may find it hard to get a typical MBA job.
2>今天终于知道为什么中介极力推介这个项目了，因为只要学生能被麦马录取的话，他们就能从学校拿回扣，而且回扣远远高于你的中介费，等于两头赚钱。
