答案是D。本人认为从结构上看,D比C更加和前半句对称,但是D中in Germany最好放在energy后面,因为是“德国33%的能量来自于核反应”,而不是“33%的能量来自德国的核反应”。
因此,我选的是C。但是“nuclear power accounts for ×× energy"可以这样表达吗?

个人偏好c
d中两个主语energy指代能引起误解,后一个可以看成the energy produced in France的省略形式。尽管这在逻辑上很荒谬, 而且百分比也不对,但在语法意义上是能引起曲解的。
如c 所说,主语用一个普通名词,有泛指意义, 不会误解。 而且都表达了核能所占能源的比例。小处看似不平衡,大处一看, 蛮不错。 不知ets允不允许。
