有时 as well as 所连成分并未有侧重，这时相当于and 但是和and又有三点不同
（1）as well as 含有 “又”的意思。这种情况多用于as well as 前后是形容词或副词
The plan is practical as well as far-sighted
She is clever as well as beautiful
（2）and 可以用于 A,B, and c / as well as 用于 A and B as well as C
比如 we study physics and chemistry as well as mathematics.
（3）有时候可以用both… as well as

首先 both A and B, as well as C 应该是没有问题的
其次 both A, as well as B
查了一下，有很多说是不可以的
"Both Jack as well as Jill" is completely wrong. Either eliminate "both" or use "and" instead of "as well as."
但是还是有很多这么用的，不过这种有争议的东西，还是不用比较好
the construction both X as well as Y (for any phrases X and Y), though common in unplanned speech, is not syntactically well formed. Particularly not when X is a plain-form (bare infinitive) verb phrase and Y is a gerund-participial verb phrase.
