why mba is essential for the whole application form , but i also think the admission officer want to see something else , such as the deepth of thought , your ambition and creativity . i have to choose a good topic in which many factors contributing my leadership and other ingredients could evaluate my quality can be perfectly organized .

if the topics are not changed from last year, i suppose the first essay has been devoted to "why mba". therefore, i suggest incoporating as many your uniquenesses as possible, quite naturally, into this essay. i think any development, event, or book that can cater to your unique stories will be ok.
