began in 不是搭配短语,是为了照顾这个career starts in somewhere;而如果说begin with 的话应该是 muller began with sth 表示 muller第一次做学徒。
我查了Manhattan,确实没有begin in 的用法,正确的用法只有begin as 和begin with.
例句:The movement BEGAN AS a protest. (= was born as)
The movement BEGAN WITH a protest. (=protest was the first part)
The protest BEGAN a movement.(= caused)
但是我还有一个疑问,Manhattan说begin with 的意思是the first part. 如果按照你说muller began with sth.
B. M's career began(in apprenticeship)as,不是began in用法
C.主要是因为of being错了,如果改成as是不是就对了呢?
