(1) 16x is an integer.
(2) 8x is an integer.
answer:B

答案选B没错.条件(1)16X is an integer. 如果设16X=1 则X=0.0625,如果16X=2则X=0.125,所以推不出唯一值.由条件(2)可推出X的十分位不为0.所以选B
