听说最强的申请者一般申请第一轮，大部分中国申请者申请第二轮，是这样吗？

有什么方法可以扬长避短？

If you are the typical MBA applicant, you’d better apply in the first round; If you have particular background, you can apply the second round. The third round is not recommended for everyone.
