正确答案是E，我认可...我的问题是关于 thus 这个东西...
OG后面给的解释是说 and thus 后面要连接动词（针对D选项，OG的解释原文是：the conjunction and thus
should be followed by a verb），如果这样的话应该就是动词并列吧？ and thus 后面的 are 和前面的have been 并列？
但是我看李希强 的PDF上写“and前后都是句子”，但是我查字典发现thus是副词啊...那么后面的句子不就没有主语了么...然后我就困惑了...
用and连接两个完整句子必须满足
S V O, and S V O.
而E 选项中没有"," 也就是说它不是and连接并列句的情况，而是用and 连接两个动词结构（也就是平行结构）。例如：I go to the supermarket and buy some apples.
go to the market 和buy some apples 的主语都是I，and前后保证平行就可以了。但是如果后面加上I 的话，整个句子就是并列句了，必须变成I go to the supermarket，and I buy some apples.
thus既然是副词，也就是修饰作用的词，不用太过关注，抓住句子主干就可以了。
如果是在一个完整的句子里面出现是可以忽略的，因为是副词成分，做修饰语，对句子主干无影响。（我是这么理解的哈~）
但是一定要记住的是！！！！！thus这样的副词是坚决不能连接两个并列句的。
比如：I have read that book, thus, I know the plot.
