B，说明TA仍然有用，weaken原文的意思，同意

D，使用internet等新技术的人，仍然使用TA，说明TA没有因为ineternet等新技术变得没用，也是weaken，为什么不选D呢？

楼上误解……D选项不是说使用新技术的人任然在使用TA，而是说现在使用TA的人将来也很有可能得到这些新技术（没有提及将来得到新技术后是否仍然使用TA），这样实际上是加强了原文“得到新技术”的条件。

那么请问一下，E为什么不是weaken呢？
The internet and other new information technologies are currently used by a relatively small proportion of the population
就说明还是有很多人不用这些，而找agent啊。
