文意：
国防部的分析家担心由于基础的机械生产萎缩将使美国支持一场持久战争的能力受到威胁，但是，先于分析家将此安全问题与进口限额问题联系在一起，机械生产行业就已经在他们申请进口限额时提出了相关的国家安全问题。
答案：机械生产行业以其它理由就进口问题寻求国家保护时遇到了困难。
个人看法：
就国家安全问题应该分析家比其它人能更早的意识到相关问题的产生，但商人们却比他们早意思到，这种反常并不是说，商人们的分析能力更强，而是自身利益所需。

为什么做 kaplan 会比做 PP3 多100分？
kaplan 的题目和考试有那么大的差距？
PP3 才是ETS的官方题目， PP3 做得这么烂怎么考试？！！！！

It doesn't matter. You should try more other mock softwares and then you will know where the problem root in.

kaplan'的阅读量比较大,超过实际难度.
做pp3主要是体验真实考试环境.
不要灰心
