B: 1000*(1+t/100)^2
Basically, we are comparing (1+r/200)^2 and (1+t/100)
If r>t, then (1+r/200)^2 > (1+t/200)^2 = 1+t/100 + (t/200)^2 > (1+t/100)
if [1+(r/200)]>[1+(t/400)]2, then [1+(r/200)]^2 >[1+(t/400)]^4 =1 + t/100 + . . . . > 1 + t/100
So the answer is D

Basically, we are comparing (1+t/200) and (1+k/400)^2
Same rational. But different outsome.
If t>k, we are not sure which one is bigger.
If 1+t/100>(1+k/200)² , then t/200>k/200 + k^2/80000, then (1+t/200) > (1+k/400)^2
