这个题目的语法结构是什么，看了半天还是不太清楚，请各位牛人们帮忙解释下，谢谢~

主语谓语
not commit crimes and (, conversely,)why so many of those （not so exposed） do].
宾语从句
圆括号里的都是修饰语或插入语。

None of 后面谓语动词不是视情况而定么，为什么不是explain 不是attempts 么
