Manufacturers issue cents-off coupons to get consumers to try their brand of product with the hope that the consumers who try their brand will switch their brand loyalty.

D翻译:基本上,生产商发行的优惠券,只有少于1/3有被顾客使用了

redeem有履行的意思,就可以解释为使用优惠券

D为什么错?要是没有多少人redeem的话,就更没有可能变成loyalty customer阿?

生产商的目标是吸引大量的潜在客户成为忠实客户,对于那些不用coupons的人来说,他们不是潜在客户,D没有削弱结论,只是介绍了潜在客户的比重
