我开始也选了D。
后来觉得划线后面的部分应该是对前面的一个补充说明，C在逻辑上更好一些。
不知道我的理解对不对。

虽然我觉得C也有点怪怪的感觉，但是D我认为是不好，后面的however是转折关系，但是从句子意思看，都没的句子并不是转折而是接下去的叙述来着。
