因为这里是相同的东西啊,省略比较好.furthermore,that指代的是和前面提到的同一类的东西,而不是前面的东西.这里很明显是that=minium,

问题在于RATHER THAN的考察重点（不同于MORE THAN， AS...AS等）在
于对称，而非简化指代。
完整的应该是：
TO A MINIMUM OF SEVEN DAYS RATHER THAN TO A MINIMUM OF FOURTEENDAYS
或者：
TO A MINIMUM OF SEVEN DAYS RATHER THAN FOURTEEN （DAYS）
其前后应该完全一致。

这题是考对于简洁原理的理解。按ETS的说法，只要去掉之后不影响意思的理
解，没有语法错误的情况下，可简洁就简洁。
对于这道题目，就象wyks mm说的那样，补充完整的那两种说法也是可以的，但是
既便是把这两种说法放在选项中，最好也还是选省略的”简洁“说法。
