我的理解是ETS认为这里用了2个意思相近的词,多余了.anyway在GMAT语法里CAN> capability的.

1，have the capability to在用法上一般指人有能力，这里的IT指代的是THE MUSEUM。再说，即使要用，也要用have the capability of (doing), 所以AWKWARD。

2，have the capability to在意思上和CAN相同，但比CAN长了N多，所以WORDY。

3，这个结构是个并列分句，前面用了have the capability to后半分句中的CAN结构上也可省略，所以WORDY AGAIN。
