If 2 differenct representatives are to be selected at random from a group of 10 employees and if p is the probability that both representatives selected will be women, is p>1/2?

(1)More than 1/2/ of the 10 employees are women

(2)The probability that both representatives selected will be men is less than 1/10

I have no clue how to calculate this, please help!

条件1)可以得出woman至少6个那时候的可能性是1/3,如果10都是woman那么可能性是1,所以单个不充分.

条件2)可以算出man的人数应该小于3.5个,那时候算both woman的可能是14/30还是小于1/2,所以单个不能确定,
