For No. 10 in Oct SC summary, which one is better?

A. Investors know the company's threats, including among them...
B. Investors know the company's threats, among them...

A is reduddant, however, B looks like a run-on sentence, (can among phrase act as a modifier to the noun prior to the comma?)

For No. 11 in Oct SC Summary,  I think the first choice is better for three reasons,
1.  First choice flows better without insertions
2.  There is no a/the before America which is modified.
3.  be laid out sounds better than be laid (which often carries a different meaning =)
However, I am not 100% sure, maybe anyone can help me on this?

For No 17 in Oct SC Summary, what is the answer?  : or as?

I will take the test shortly, if anyone can help on these it will be greatly appreciated.  Thank you.
