if the answer is m=4, let's just calculate n... you will find n is not integer.
but if m=22, it works out perfectly.

4/11=0.363636, yes 4 is correct

等式转换：m=n*0.363636…  （1）
      100m=n*36.363636… （2）
(2)-(1)得：99m=36n  ——>m/n=4/11
