Thefacts above best support which of the following conclusions?
(A) Schnitzler started peddlingaround 1719.
(B) Schnitzler was arrestedrepeatedly for peddling.
(C) The undated document waswritten before 1765.
(D) The arrest record was writtenafter the undated document.（C）
(E) The arrest record providesbetter evidence that Schnitzler peddled than does the undated document。

他可能在1739之前或之后写statement。在1739之前，显然小于1765。在1739之后，也不会大于1759.但如果他在1739之后又被抓过呢，则不好说了~~比如1750又被抓，那么不能确定1765.

我感觉这个题有几个限制条件：
1.每次被抓都立刻放掉，不会蹲监狱
2.算20年的时候把以前所有经商的时间都算上，而不是从最后一次出来算起
这样就能推出c

再看看其他选项都是有条件的成立
此题我不太确定

我感觉这题有两个条件
1.每次被抓都会立刻被放出来，不回蹲监狱
2.算20年的时候将自己所有经商时间算上，而不是只算从最后一次出来
这样就能推出c
网络不好，可能重贴了，但是我这里显示刚发的那条失败了，如果重发请大家原谅

第二个文件可能在arrest文件之前也可能在之后，即在1719-1759之间，所以说在1765前是比较保守，是对的，选C
