应该是C,
首先，A 和B都是一个结构, coordinating表伴随，不通。排出。 D和E的结构相同，而且coordinated 表示被动，意思不通。

D 当然不对， Carefully coordinated with her narratives 需要修饰它后面紧跟的名词，即 her book illustrations，而D选项此phrase 是修饰Beatrix Potter，换句话说，是Beatrix Potter（正确的理解应该是 her book illustrations） is coordinated with her narratives 显然是说不通的。不知你懂了没？

但是C我还是有点看不懂,那么多的her和she指的都是谁阿
