2种情况，同是IT相关行业，其他条件一样，哪种经历更好呢？
A：4年本土规模很小的公司，经历很多大大小小的项目，是leader；
B：2年本土规模很小的公司，1年某global公司做operation，1年big4的consult，一直以来都是小兵一个。

A的话，要看和post-mba plan能否match了。
leader不leader没意思，很虚的东西。

B这种经验写essay必然十分挑战。

很多时候，更多的情况是竞争者的状况。本身这两种情况不见得哪个更好。

What really matters is the quality of the personnel. Either of those positions are similar enough that I won't go 'let's choose this one over that one'.

Rather, if I'm hiring or trying to choose between the two for some reason or another, I'll read his resume properly to try and figure out what motivates this guy, read his essay if my company calls for essays in the application process (my company did), and also listen carefully to his interview to gauge 这个人的素质。

是不是无论local or global公司，其实不是很重要，除非差别很大呢
