我自己选择了D OG官方解释D不对很牵强阿，我不觉得the有如此强烈的指代到前面energy in France的意味啊
我倒反而觉得主句的比较主体是percentage D开篇就是percentage很呼应，优过C啊

哪位nn能给一个更令偶信服的解释呢谢谢

你看能不能这样理解，D中的just...of the energy对前面的分句呼应，与前句结构非常类似，容易给人造成这个energy还是再指法国的情况，而且in Germany是在句子的最后，更容易给读者造成这样的误解。
C选项中一开始使用nuclear power，让读者感觉作者说话突然换了个方式，很容易明白后一个句子和前句存在明显不同，另外我感觉GMAT很喜欢用account for来造句子啊！
如：75％的能源的产生在法国来源于核动力，如果按我们中国人说话的习惯，你会说“D选项－－然而33%的能源的产生来源于核动力在德国”，还是“C选项－－然而核动力产生33％的能源在德国”呢？你体会一下。

没能理解到the的特指这个意思...

D中the energy--> the energy produced in France
D可改为： whereas just over 33 percent of the energy produced in Germany comes from nuclear power -->BETTER
D原句中 in Germany 的位置不太对
