A or B please, different version of GWD gave different answers, I chose A first, and the answer directed it to B

个人觉得选A, B中的which似乎指代不清，而且第二个分句用了被动语态，和第一个分句的主动语态似乎格格不入。个人意见。欢迎讨论~

really confused, not sure if "it" in A can be used that way, according to Manhanten, "it" is right here

A选项是正确的把。。。B选项中的被动不是很好。

I am sure B is not correct，because Which here refers to prices, absolutely not prices boost the consumption.

For A, IT refers to improved efficiency, so A is correct.
