107. 去年，S市所有的垃圾焚烧后产生了很多的灰。为了把灰量今年产生的灰量减少到去年的一半，S市开始了改造工程。今年，市政部门将致力于尽可能的多的将可回收的垃圾分出来，以达到把今年需要焚烧的垃圾量（以货车计算）减少了去年的一半。

问达到目的，哪项必须成立

分析，此题的关键是需要焚烧的垃圾量为去年的一半是否就能使的灰的量为去年的一半。其中关键点是货车没车拖的垃圾量是否改变，要是改变了数量关系就不成立了。

想问E为什么不对
如果今年总的垃圾量增长了很多比如是去年的N倍
那么就算把卡车数量减少一半
一半后的垃圾量还是有可能比去年的多啊

不是问的垃圾量，是问的灰的量。而灰的量不等于垃圾的量。
既然灰的计算标准时卡车，那么卡车量=产生的灰的量。

而E里面说的是The total quantity of refuse collected by Shelbyville city services this year will be no greater than that
collected last year. 垃圾的总量，垃圾总量少了并不代表需要去焚烧的垃圾量少了。

题干最后一句明确说了卡车数量减少到去年一半的量了
