我覺得E句意是這樣：
第一個被觀測到的脈衝星....was not announced until Feb 1968........
但正確的句意應該是--觀測到第一個被觀測到的脈衝星這件事被宣佈，而非那顆星被宣佈，因此E的主謂搭配不符合邏輯。
D的話，似乎就沒這個問題了。雖然我覺得整個主詞被分裂得很怪，但好像也只能選它。大家再討論看看吧!?
