投资行业工作4年。已考完gmat，7月考T。现在的工作比较鸡肋，占据不少时间。请问如果辞掉工作申请会影响结果吗？

你要如何解释这一年的空白期给VO呢?

同辞职申请的，VO不会问的……
学校的面试官会问，极个别tough的面试官，在这个问题上会狠狠的为难你，看你怎么convince他们了。

This is scary my friend.  If you quit your job, and start

something ENTIRELY new, the adcom might wonder “well why not wait

another year, when you can bring some better recent work experience.

”  Now, the one case in which you wont have to worry about that,

would be if your new job is VERY similar to your old job.  That way,

the adcom would see it as a continuation of your current role.  No

need to work there for a year, since there are many similarities

between the two jobs.  But if you are doing something entirely new,

the adcom will probably want you to wait an additional year.  Make

sense?

总之,今年有人因为签证时是非在职而被拒签了.
