[size=undefined](D) such extraordinary fees of the kind today’s have（C）

[size=undefined](E) so extraordinary a fee of the kind they can today

答案是C
有两个疑问，第一这里的they为什么是指fees而不是指superstars？
第二个疑问这里为什么要用do而不是are（用来指代be able to），如果前一个they是指fees，而这里的do是指command的话fees应该不会发出command这个动作的吧？

as....as...否定可以是so....as, 还有就是such....as....这个句型和as...as...相似。但是必须要有第二个as，因此排除剩下BC。

把前面那个句子整理一下恢复, musical superstars have never been able to command ..........as they do....,选C， they do是感觉出来的。。。

但我还是想知道我那两个疑问。。。

1, " they" refers to superstar.
2, "do" represents command.

they之所以指代superstars是因为they和superstars处在一个并列句式结构中（as..as...）在并列句中出现的相同成分要用代词指代。同时根据逻辑含义也可知指代superstars。
do 指代command~
