请问C为什么可以把as amny as去掉，直接就用more than，这难道不是对句子意思的改变吗？

见 OG 239 ETS的解释。抛开别的错误，单从as many as, or more than 250......来看，它的意思是多余等于250，也许ETS认为此处more than 250 就可以说明问题。

2楼解释，我也在疑虑中。

我再问一下：

B答案中“population changes of as many, or”中的of 是不是从语法上修饰了changes，从而导致了错误

而且B选项少了一个as，应为as many (as)
