39.In 1527 King Henry VIII sought to have his marriage to Queen Catherine annulled so as to marry Annie Beloeyn.A. so as to marry

答案为D。
但是A怎么错了？
so as to 的逻辑主语是句子的主语，没有指代不明。。为啥错捏？

so as to 表目的时，其之前只能有一个名词，本题 King Henry VIII和Queen Catherine 两个人在so as to 前出现，会产生指代不明。

我觉得二楼说得很对啊,就是歧义.
So…… that 是可以用于不同的主语，如 Mary is so beautiful that we all like her.
so……as to……是单一主谓结构，即一个主语一个谓语，如：Mary is so beautiful as to be attractive
