题目在下面，答案给的是E。可是我认为应该是C，因为通货膨胀，所以政府的增加救济金也于事无补。而E选项，关于儿童的，我觉得有点不相关，完全想不到儿童的问题。还有elder parents也不该是over 65 people啊~！实在是想不明白，求教大家。谢谢！

答案就是E。
C说，物价涨的更厉害。物价涨的更厉害，只能说明他们的购买力没有好转，而不是经济状况，ok？如果政府没增加这钱，他们连东西都买不起，现在他们的经济状况好多了，只是购买力还不高而已。
E说，children会给老人钱，只有他不够花的时候，以前政府给的少，孩子们给的多，现在反过来了而已，只是保持在同一个水平上，所以跟以前没啥变化。

children是儿童？楼主的词汇掌握的不好啊。
