根据OG解释，我觉得关键在于问题！！
题目问：服务投资“能够，可以，有能力”与生产、配送投资相比的原因是什么，即，为什么二者可以比？二者的可比性是如何产生，如何实现的？-----C答：是通过它们所需要加以权衡的基础来实现比较的。
包括我理解成的是：二者是通过什么来“直接进行”对比的。是用什么“手段，方法，方式”来比？------A答：是用tangibility of the benefits来进行比较的。
