On that scale, the indensity corresbanding to a reading of 8 is how many times as great as the indensity corresponding to a reading of 3?

等式可以通过这个句子列出来。
这句话的意思是，这个东西读n+1的时候等于10倍的indensity当它读n.
也就是说a(n+1)=10a(n)
