答案是D 可是D谈的是medication for the relief of symptoms of head cold

But in the passage , we talk about the medication for for relief from sinus headaches So i think that D is out of scope .

In my opinion, both are over-the-counter medications. Moreover, compared with other options, D is the best !!

这是两个不同的概念啊

一个是relieve sinus headaches 另一个是 for the relief of symptoms of

head cold

为何会是答案呢

所谓 over-the-counter medications 就是市面上的成药不需要医生的处方

一般人去药房就可以买到的药

如D说如果成分一样价格比较便宜那你会买哪一个? 我觉得symptom只是干扰

作用如果不是over-the-counter medications 我就不会选但如果是我觉得

成分比较重要

我想他在里面还是作用最大的weaken

ETS is playing a game here.

The first claim (Of the many over-the-counter medications marketed for the relief of sinus headache, SineEase costs the least per dose) compares SineEase with sinus-headache medicines.

The second claim (And SineEase is as effective per dose as the most effective of those other medications) compare SineEase with all most effective medicines.

The two comparisons are with different sub-sets.

So D is the one point out the logic gap.

不知道老外怎么读这句话，反正我看到medication for headcold 就是觉得和sinus headache 不一样，不过ETS又说两种药成分一样，就当他们是一样的吧。

C选项为什么不对呢？能不能理解Sinus er应该先去看医生，医生并不一定建议你吃sineease啊，不过这样想有些钻牛角尖

sinus headach与headache cold不是一个病，正因为不是一个病这道题出得才说得过去。原文说，缓解sinus headache的疼痛的药SineEase是最便宜的（既然已经是最便宜的了，选项就不能质疑，除非有不是治疗这种病的药，而且也有这个功效，并且比他便宜，才不算违背愿意）。但D说虽然有种药不是治sinus headache的，而是治疗headache cold的，但是两种药都一个成分，而且更便宜，所以这个药好。

出这道题的人是个脑残。如果两种药是同一个成分，那还不是一个功效？虽然可能不同的药厂叫的名字不一样，但是药效肯定都一样。不用看这道题了，没什么意思的。
