1) Why MBA now? - Main point of my answer is that I want to broaden my vision, talk to different ppl, see the outside world. He asked how do you think MBA can help u achieve this? I could not recall exactly what I said. This part did not go very well (at least I think so), I think my words were not very organized.
2) I run through ur CV. Your job is very interesting. Tell me abt... (this part is very specific to my daily job. I guess won't help other candidates too much, just be prepared for ur CV).
3) Do u work in teams? Tell me a story about how u resolved a conflict within ur team.
4) Any other schools? Any particular aspect that UCLA attracts u?
5) Any particular reason that u want to choose consulting for ur future career?

校友很有interview的经验，也很nice，其实后半部分是很随意的，我也说到了我美国同事申请MBA是为了Have a lot of fun, drink and party every week，而这里相当一部分申请者很彪悍也很积极的还没去读书就想着如何做intern，如果prepare for interview，我觉得这也是很有意思的一个话题。其实正如校友所说，Your choice matters。不论你选择去哪个学校读书，去哪里工作，其实学校都不过是一个门槛罢了，最重要的是你的想法和态度。每个人的人生目标不同 ，个性不同，想要的生活方式也不同，并不是只有去I bank才是最好，有时候做点自己想做的事情，比如天天去加州海滩冲浪，也是很开心的。
