Since 1990 the global economy has grown more than it did during the 10,000 years from the beginning of agriculture to 1950.

(A) Since 1990 the global economy has grown more than it did during the 10,000 years from the beginning of agriculture

(B) Since 1990 the growth of the global economy has been more than that during 10,000 years, from when agriculture began

(C) The growth of the global economy since 1990 exceeds that which had been for 10,000 years from the beginning of agriculture

(D) The growth of the global economy since 1990 exceeds what it has been for 10,000 years, from when agriculture began

(E) The growth of the global economy since 1990 exceeds what it did for the 10,000 years from the beginning of agriculture

记得以前学过1）during后加点时间用过去式如Our spending on gasoline increased more than 100 percent during the last decade.
2）during后加短时间用完成时如During the last ten years, economic conditions in the nation as a whole have been worse than those within the state.

所以不明白A选项it did的时态了，请大家帮忙~~~

我也有类似问题，不过看起来during并不强制要求完成式。

我记得during不是完成时的标志，楼主举得第二句话例子
During the last ten years, economic conditions in the nation as a whole have been worse than those within the state.
即使用
In the last ten years..
也要用完成时的
所以在这种情况下During并不是完成时的标志，而应该是他搭配了the last ten years后的这个时间状语是完成事的标志

那the 10,000 years from the beginning of agriculture to 1950和the last ten years应该是一个性质的吧？

“the last ten years”单拿出来我觉得只是说明了时间，我所说的完成

时的标志应该确切的是“in/during the last XX years”，你说的那个是“从

农业开始到1950之间的10000年”，应该也是只说明了时间

可是题中有during……却用的还是did……

我想问这个 economy has grown more than it did 这个more怎么能用来形容economy呢……？经济增多了？不是应该增长率增加什么的么？？？是不是more和than 之间少了个词啊？比如fast，因为我看B就是这么解释的

more than 修饰的不是economy而是has grown/grow，意思就是：经济的增长（很可能是幅度），比过去那10000年的增长，要大，要多。
如果是说快，那么句子就是has grown faster/more rapidly than it did during the 10000 years blabla了。
