has been experiencing除了强调 从过去到现在外，还强调这个事可能 持续到将来
in the last 50 years强调的是从过去到现在的一段时间，没有对未来的一种可能性，所以用has experienced更好一些
另外就像dansy说的一样，这是事实，所以C的第二个has been不是很好
