1.a score of 58 was 2 standard deviations below the mean 这是什么意思
2.of the 60 animals on a certain farms,2/3 are either pigs or cows
请问either……or…… 意思是 2/3 或者是pig 或者是cows （包不包括两者都是的意思？）
就像咱们学的数学 A或B 的含义是或A或B或（A和B）
3.All of the stocks on the over-the counter market are designated by either a 4-letter ot a 5-letter code that is created by using the 26 letters of the alphabet.Which of the following gives the max number of different stocks that can be disignated with these codes?
Ans: 27(26^4)

58分比平均分小两个标准差；
某些农场里的六十头动物里，三分之二或者是猪或者是牛（这个怎么能两个都是啊）
所有直接交易的股票都有一个五位或者四位的代码。代码由字母组成。这样情况下，最多能有多少只股票，每只股票都有一个不同于其他股票的四位或五位的代码？（这个是意译的）？

就是说58分位于平均分2个标准差之下。58+2 standard deviations的值=mean的值

第三题就是问用4个英文字母或者5个来编股票代码，能编多少个呢？
（从你给的答案推出的）：四位代码的：26^4;五位代码的：26^5
加起来~就是答案

Ans: C
请问2/3 either p or c
指的是 2/3 都是p 或都是c ？还是这2/3里有p也有c

either...or...之意就是非此即彼。
