感觉是措施达目的的加强：被炒的员工找不到新工作，这些员工就要去领政府救济，促成了公司pay for that assistance through increased taxes and unemployment insurance payments这个行为。

可是题目不是已经说了many workers who lose their jobs to automation will need government assistance to survive，就相当于A的内容阿，所以把原文的前提重复一遍也是一种加强？
