The prices of goods and services that meet the special needs of many senior citizens have increased at a rate much higher than the rate of inflation.
We know the rate of inflation is 5%. If the above goods and services have increased at a rate much higher than the rate of inflation, then the increase has to be much higher than 5% and COULD be close to or even higher than 20%.
