19、问根号n是否大于100？（1）根号(n+1) > 100（2）“根号（n-1）<99”

请问此题的n一定是整数吗？可以是分数吗？

另外想问平方根号内的n一定为正数吗？OG上说”n^(1/2) denotes the positive number whose square is n.”

.15 * .15 = .0215, and (.0215)^(1/2) = .15, it does not have to be an integer unless said so
