ross是第2个面试，我吸取了CBS的经验，准备了大约50题左右的question list, 然后开始准备并找别人帮我mock.而且我还针对过简历去想象什么地方面试官会去问。这个面试还是让人感觉挺有压力的，面试官对我的简历狂轰滥炸了20分钟，我其实心里很紧张，但是还是挺过来了。最后说到我岔气了，然后面试官体贴的说看来我给你太多pressure了，我们move on 到ross的问题上去吧。汗～

Darden采取了不同的strategy.我一早就知道darden非常注重team work, participation，你是不是敢于在人前发言。我在做面试之前就想好了哪些东西我一定要让adcom知道，那怕她不问，我也要说给她听。于是在go thru ur life story的时候，面试官会说些什么东西，加comment的时候，我就把我的豆子都倒出来看，她也挺impressed的，说看得出我对他们学校研究的很多，很希望我加入他们的community，最后面试结束还给了我她的email 地址。还有一点就是，其实你问学校问题也是很讲究的，要表现出你做过research，不要问一般的问题，我问的是darden有什么办法能够improve their ranking in the future,然后adcom说了很多，我也适时的表现出我的passion和我对学校的热爱。然后我还问了健身设施啥的，因为个人感觉这个不会在网站上说，你问了可能会给adcom感觉你是真想到那里生活。
