如果这个GT杂志流动量确实增加了，那么就有可能不是reorganization的原因导致，如果流动量变少了，但是广告收入增加了，可能就是re的原因。回答这个问题可以看出是否是reorg的原因导致，所以可以评估

部门的人员变换就是reorg的一个方面，回答这个问题也可以说是否是reorg的原因
