我用的是无重题版22套，此题可能题号有误，没在汇总贴中找到Which of the following most logically completes the argument?

Y和Z有差不多人数的全职小时工，但是Y比Z要多付不少工资。那么Y的工人的时薪比Z高. 因为Y和Z都基本没有加班。（意思就是Y的工人和Z的工人工作时间差不多。）

YZ两家公司雇佣员工人数相当，但Y花的总费用远高于Z，因此Y的平均工资要高于Z，因为？思路：这里问的是前提，如何能保证这个结论产生.

• overtime work, which is paid at a substantially higher rate than work done during the regular work week, is rare at both Yorco and Zortech 加班工资在Y和Z都不会出奇的高于平常的工资，排除了由于Z公司加班工资过高而导致Y的平均工资不会高于Z的可能性；因为加班对结论的影响有两种：Y高Z低，会加强结论；Y低Z高（Z过高的话）会使结论不成立；而Y.Z基本没有加班是无法推出来的
