两道DS求助，能具体讲讲解题过程么？

1. Was the month in which Mona was hired January?
(1) She was hired in the second week of the month.
(2) A day in April was exactly 100 calendar days after the day Mona was hired.

------------------The answer is C.
这题我觉得有点绕，二月有28天和29天，怎么算？（2）中到底是第100天还是第101天？

2. Did the majority of voters polled claim that they planned to vote for candidate Q?
(1) Of the people polled, those claiming that they planned to vote for candidate Q outnumbered those who did not by 4 to 1.
(2) In the election, candidate Q received 20,000 votes and candidate P received 15,000 votes.

1。就算到3月31日，她满一百天，算二月29天或28天，一月30天，正好一百天，她只可能在1月1日或2日，而（1）说她是在月初的第二星期被雇佣，显然不是在一月份，而是在12月份
2 A？

1. kilroy，这么说如果到4月30日，满一百天，算二月29天或28天，往前推一百天，是在1月31日或30日，如果到4月1日，满一百天，算二月29天或28天，往前推一百天，是在1月2日或1日，B不是可以么？

oh,我看错了，APRIL是四月
首先要满足B，四月里的一天1-30
如果是四月1日，满一百天，三月31天，算二月29天或28天，一月30天，那就在12月下旬了
如果是四月30日，同理，应该是在1月下旬，也就是说她被雇时间是从12月下旬到在1月下旬，条件A说他是在第二周被雇，那肯定是JAN。
