首先ALMOST是用来修饰double 的，是说将近两倍，而不是almost expected 大约预计．．．Ｇ中修饰词一定要紧跟被修饰词，否则容易出错．
其次，expected almost to （double ） ．．．and thus to （provide）．．．是平行结构，绝对的优选
再者，如果你选Ｂ，but production is almost expected that it will double 太罗嗦了，明显不简洁
it出现了一般都要很小心，因为指代常常出问题

D里面没有逻辑错误么？
前面的production to provide....这个没有逻辑错误么？

我觉得这题选D有问题。
从逻辑角度出发的话，是production也许会在年底增加两成并且提供足够的电力。
原本的逻辑顺序应该是production如果翻倍增长，会提供足够的电力给1.3 million住户。也就是如果这个预言真的发生，才会实现供电给那么多的住户。
D结构虽然平行，但逻辑不对称。
